Font: 36-44px (readable on TVs and mobile)
Outline: 2-3px black on white text
Position: bottom-center
Mode: same-language captions for English streams; same-language + secondary language for international audiences

What this doesn't cover

StreamTranslate does captions, translation, and overlay customization. We don't currently offer:

ASL (sign language) overlays — for that, embed an ASL signer's stream as a separate Browser Source
Audio description for blind viewers — that's a different accessibility category, requires manual narration
Cognitive simplification — captions help, but content pacing is up to you

For maximum accessibility, captions + ASL signer + audio description = gold standard. We cover the captions and translation parts; the others are external workflows.
