What does StreamTranslate cost?
Free to try — no card required. Stream Pass is $9.99 for a single stream session. Monthly plans start at $14.99/mo for Starter. Our most popular plan is Pro at $34.99/mo with 50 hours and dual-language display.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard. No contracts, no fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier automatically.
What happens if I go over my hours?
You'll be billed at the overage rate for your plan ($0.50/hr for Pro and Captions, $1.00/hr for Starter). Unlimited plan has zero overage — ever. You always get a warning before hitting your cap.
Is there a free trial?
StreamTranslate's free preview gives you 6 hours to test the full translation experience before upgrading. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
If you experience a technical issue that prevents StreamTranslate from working as advertised, contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case. We handle each request individually.
