What does StreamTranslate cost?
Free to try — no card required. Stream Pass is $9.99 for a single stream session. New customers can start Starter for $1 for the first month, then it renews at $14.99/month. Our most popular plan is Pro at $34.99/mo with 50 hours and dual-language display.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard. No contracts, no fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier automatically.
What happens if I go over my hours?
If you keep streaming after your included hours, the extra time is billed at your plan's overage rate ($1.00/hr for Starter, $0.50/hr for Pro). Extra usage appears in your account as you stream. It is charged automatically whenever the balance reaches $10. Any smaller remainder is charged on your next renewal invoice or when you cancel. Unlimited has zero overage — ever.
Is there a free trial?
StreamTranslate's free preview gives you 6 hours to test the full translation experience before upgrading. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
If you experience a technical issue that prevents StreamTranslate from working as advertised, contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case. We handle each request individually.
