By accessing or using StreamTranslate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamTranslate provides real-time translated subtitles for live streamers. The service processes audio from your stream and delivers translated captions as a browser source overlay compatible with OBS, Streamlabs, and similar broadcasting software.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits is prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time pass. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StreamTranslate to:

• Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and technology comprising StreamTranslate is owned by StreamTranslate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own stream content.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that translations will be 100% accurate. Real-time AI translation is inherently imperfect and should not be used for safety-critical applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamTranslate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
