The Free Plan includes 3 active streaming hours every month. A card is required, with no payment unless you upgrade. Stream Pass is $12 one-time for 12 hours; you can stack passes and keep unused hours. Starter is $14.99/mo for 25 hours, with a $1 first month for first-time customers. Pro is $34.99/mo for 50 hours, and Elite is $149/mo with unlimited hours.

All live-caption plans use the same translation service. Pro and Elite add hours and two-language display; Elite has unlimited hours without overage. Actual recognition, translation and timing depend on your audio, language and connection.

Yes, from your dashboard. No contracts, no fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your account goes back to the free tier automatically.
All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
No subscription payment is charged when you activate the Free Plan. Your bank or Apple Pay may show a temporary pending amount while verifying your card. It is not a StreamTranslate charge and should disappear.
If a technical issue stops StreamTranslate from working as advertised, contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case. We handle each request individually.
