Add a Browser Source

In OBS, click + in the Sources panel and pick Browser.

Paste, size, CSS

Paste the URL, set 1920 × 1080, drop this in Custom CSS:

body { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0) !important; }

Top of the list, Go Live

Drag it to the top, hit Go Live, click Allow when your browser asks for the mic.

1920 × 1080, always.
Full 1080p so subtitles line up with your canvas.
Transparent background.
Skip the CSS and you get a black box.
Top of the source list.
Below your game or cam = hidden behind them.
