Go to streamtranslate.live and sign up for a free trial. No credit card required to start.
After logging in, navigate to your control panel at streamtranslate.live/control. This is where you configure your caption settings.
Select the language you speak during your streams. StreamTranslate uses this to optimize our industry-leading speech AI speech recognition accuracy.
If you want to reach international viewers, select one or more of the 125+ supported translation languages.
Click the 'Copy Browser Source URL' button in your control panel to copy the unique URL for your caption overlay.
In OBS Studio, click the + button in Sources, select Browser Source, and paste your StreamTranslate URL into the URL field.
Set the browser source width to your stream width and height to about 150px. Drag the overlay to the bottom of your scene.
